From the first day to the last day when we picked it up they stayed in contact with us and informed us of what was going due to a motor recall. Never buy a Kia I purchased a 2019 Kia Sorento in August Of this year and have had absolutely nothing but problems. Kia of Chattanooga kept it for a week and put 200 miles on it, all to tell me that it didn’t “act up” with them. Funny thing is, as soon as I got on the interstate to head back home, I felt it.... I will NEVER buy another Kia product. More
