Tire under warranty Luckily, I purchased the additional warranty on my Soul's tires. Had a blowout that destroyed the entire passenger front tire. Service dept helped me Luckily, I purchased the additional warranty on my Soul's tires. Had a blowout that destroyed the entire passenger front tire. Service dept helped me get in touch with insurance and then fixed the tire same day it was towed in. They looked the car over and let me know what services I needed next to keep car in good working order. Got them to change oil at same time using a coupon they sent me. Ended up only paying $26 for everything! The employees were as happy as I was that it all didn't cost a fortune! Everyone is always nice, helpful, and friendly. Even sent the shuttle to pick me up when car was ready. Bonnie Blue and I are ready to hit the streets again! Hate car trouble but Kia of Chattanooga made it less painful! More
