Longest oil change EVER!! I was in for an oil change, rotation and car wash. It took almost 3 hours!! Ridiculous! I had an appointment, I think maybe one person did ALL the wor I was in for an oil change, rotation and car wash. It took almost 3 hours!! Ridiculous! The wash looks pretty good, but windows are streaky, and there’s still bird poop on the side. 😕 normally love these guys, this trip was terrible! More

Zero service My 2014 Sportage started making a noise when idling. I’ve taken it to Kia of Chattanooga 3 times now. We’ve fixed 3 different things, and my car STILL My 2014 Sportage started making a noise when idling. I’ve taken it to Kia of Chattanooga 3 times now. We’ve fixed 3 different things, and my car STILL makes a noise. I’ve asked several times if they are sure this is the problem. I’m reassured it is, replace a different part, all to have the car come back making the same noise. I highly recommend you go somewhere else. All Kia of Chattanooga can do is oil changes. More
