arrived early and got in at scheduled time of service we come there at least once to 2 times a year and we have always had good service. Service (Appointment) Had a scheduled appointment for service. Also needed a tire checked out for a slow leak. Took a little over 2 hours to complete. Was on a Monday, so maybe the technician was a little slow to come off the weekend and start off on Monday. Hope for a quicker experience next time. More

Not sure I trust them I took the car in because it has been making a ticking sound (like the oil was low or needed to be changed). I really wish I would of recorded it. At first a service man came and said they didn't hear anything but they were going to let the oil settle and try again. After an hour I get told that they didn't hear anything. My husband heard it, I heard it, and my son heard it, but they didn't. I get it in the car and start it....no noise. If you ask me they either added oil or actually done the oil change that didn't get done last time ir the last time not enough oil was added causing the noise. Wish I would have checked all that before taking it in. We are ready to trade in to anywhere but Kia. More

Oil change When I pulled into the service department, I was quickly greeted and asked how could they help me. I told her I had an appointment for a oil change. She did the paperwork and showed me were the waiting lounge was located.She told me it would take a hour to do the oil change, about forty five minutes later she came and got me, and told me I was ready to go.Overall it was a great , the staff was friendly and they made me feel welcomed. I will be back. More

Lights go off while driving Brought the Kia Forte in because the headlights and dash lights go on and off be them selfs . After days in the shop the problem wasn’t solved.
