Excellent Customer Service I called to make an appointment, but I was told that nothing was available for the next day. (My only day off), but was told if I dropped the car off, I called to make an appointment, but I was told that nothing was available for the next day. (My only day off), but was told if I dropped the car off, they would work me in. They were able to get not only the oil change I came in for, they were also able to repair front brakes. Oil change took 2 hours Was not feeling well first off had an 8:00 appointment left at 9:45. I was brought the wrong keys after an hour. Tag left on mirror floor protector left in floor. I was not given any paperwork to show I had been there and was walked out to the wrong car. Usually I am pretty satisfied but I felt this was a bit ridiculous. More

I ask how long will it take he said about an hour so we set the date: I got there early thinking I was getting oil change: So after finishing up found out they only put in oil on top of old oil. I could have done that an would not of had to drive from Lafayette Ga to Chattanooga TN. Then after all this all he said was do you wanna to schedule an oil change! Talked to manager an he said the same I think they should do free oil change: wasted 3 hours of my day Driving up there adding oil an hour there an hour back home: Very Disappointing why would I drive to Chattanooga just for you to add oil: I could have done that an never left home🤬 More
