1st Time Customer This was my first time at Chattanooga Kia having recently moved from another state. I brought my car in for the recommended 15,000 mile check-up. In addition, the Service Dept helped restore Android Auto by completing an upgrade I thought I had performed. A clean, comfortable waiting area complete with coffee and snacks is available for those who choose to wait for their vehicle. I was impressed with the friendly, efficient service (they even ran my car through the carwash!) and will definitely continue to have my car serviced at Chattanooga Kia. More

Misleading experience I was sent a $35 oil change/ tire rotation coupon by email for my 2019 Sportage. That is what I scheduled. From a prior oil change the dealer clearly I was sent a $35 oil change/ tire rotation coupon by email for my 2019 Sportage. That is what I scheduled. From a prior oil change the dealer clearly knew I had synthetic blend oil in my vehicle as this is original equipment I was previously told. Upon arrival I was advised that the 15,000 mile service items were oil change, rotation, and engine and cabin air filter changes all for $150. I discussed with the service rep that the $115 difference between the oil/rotation coupon and the std service seemed unreasonable for two air filters so just do the coupon oil/rotation service. The service rep even wrote the $35 reference on the ticket I signed. When the service was complete the charge was not $35 but rather $60. When I asked the service rep why the difference increase over the agreed coupon he said it was because of synthetic oil. I am dissatisfied that I was mislead and after significant discussions prior to service, where it was very clear that I expected to only pay $35, the service rep bumped up the charge to $60 without prior authorization. Very dissatisfied and will not return here for service unless this is made right. More
