Quick Fix of Power Window I showed up at Kia at the appointed time. I was met by my service manager who already had my info and the needed repair. He offered me a ride to work (which I did not need), escorted me to the lounge and showed me to the drinks and snacks. I was given an estimated time for the repair. Before I even finished my newspaper, he came and got me, explained what was done, and went and got my car. He picked me up at the door. I would not change a thing. Ford could learn a lot about service from them. More

Customer Service I brought my car in to have wires repaired that they have found when I had my oil changed and at that time given a soft quote of around $200. They said they would need my car the whole day and when I asked for a loaner the service director looked me straight in the eye and said “NO”. I will never ever forget and thankfully the GM Taft Butcher arranged for me to get a loaner and when I picked up my car it was almost $300 and it was ALL LABOR which to a point I understand however the receipt stated the items used were “Kia specs”! What a racket! I was overcharged by probably $100 but what can I do? NOTHING! I love the car but the service dept is the worst I have ever dealt with! More

Unscheduled Excellence I had a low tire pressure reading on my car and I immediately came to Kia of Chattanooga without an appointment. Robert arranged for a new tire to be put on and handled all of the associated details. He also asked if I would like my car washed and since I was not in a hurry, I said "Sure." A great experience.
