They make your wait time pleasant, and always keep you updated throughout your visit. In addition, they explain everything to you in detail with regard to suggested maintenance options on your vehicle. In my experience, they’ve always gone the extra mile to ensure that my vehicle is well-maintained and that I’m pleased with the vehicle’s performance and comfort. On my visit yesterday, I dealt specifically with Charlie Puckett. Mr. Puckett was very kind, courteous, and extremely professional from check-in to check-out. It was truly a pleasure doing business with him! In my opinion, Kia of Chattanooga is top notch! More
