My rough estimate is that I have 100 - 120’’ of visibility in front of the car without the brights. That’s a generous range. My son’s 1996 Tacoma has better visibility. Since this is Kia’s standard for properly functioning equipment, this is the last Kia I or anyone I care about will ever own. Called the service manager after the visit and had to leave a message. Haven’t heard anything back and really don’t expect to. More

Needing another used engine Came in with engine problems on my 15 yr old Sorento . Was diagnosed needing another engine. This dealer replaced this engine last August with a used engine when mine went bad. I spent well over $5,000.00 for the current used engine. 12 mo /12,000 mile warranty. Warrenty period had expired. This estimated cost around $5313 to replace it with "another" used engine. I'm retired on a very "Limited" budget and can't afford another $5313+ . I tried to purchase a used Forte but was denied financing by my bank. Just not happy cause I'm stuck with no vehicle. More

Worst experience of our lives!! Took car in due to knock sensor warning. Informed it needed a new engine for $5500. We spent the next two weeks being jerked around between the Kia company and this dealership. Nobody ever would answer here whenever I called. Nobody seemed to have any clue what was going on. The Kia company couldn’t even reach them. Finally had to get the district manager involved. It took us over two weeks of negotiations to finally have our request for assistance declined. Our car was only 5 years old with 93k miles and properly maintained. They had the nerve to try to sell us a new Kia even. Yeah right!! Then, while we were still in negotiations because they were taking FOREVER, the dealership called us and told us we had to have the car towed off their lot to make room for their new inventory! We have never been treated like such worthless dirtbags! I will NEVER buy another Kia or set foot on this swindling lot!! By the way, it was all our fault because we didn’t get our oil changes done at the dealership! Even though the Optimas and Sorento were recalled in 2017 due to the bearings failing as well. Nice product Kia! The only thing worse is dealing with this pathetic dealership! More
