Service Eveything went well until I was told how much new brakes would cost. Due to the cost I will most likely void 200,000 mile warranty and go somewhere e Eveything went well until I was told how much new brakes would cost. Due to the cost I will most likely void 200,000 mile warranty and go somewhere else for my service. $500.00 or more for a brake job is outrageous, especially when my personal mechanic can do it for under $100 or my husband can do it for under $50. Thank you for all that you have done service wise, as you have a fabulous team. Also I love my car and will most likely purchase another in the future, I just will not purchase a plan where all services have to be done through Kia, as I did not realize that I would be raked over the coals when it came to cost. More

So if I'm on vacation and service is due I either hve to go over my limit or service it there. Now they tell me I voided my warranty because I had it serviced at Kia of Key West....... More
