I know I will be there for about an hour so I’m happy to slow my busy schedule down and relax in their waiting room. It’s comfortable with snacks available and the WIFI is always appreciated. I haven’t used the shuttle service but it’s always offered and if I ever need to be there for an extended period I will definitely take advantage of that. I appreciate them being thorough with my vehicle and always letting me know what might need to be done BEFORE doing it! I’m extremely pleased to be part of the KIA family! More

I have been discouraged (last year) but I feel I had good service this time. Still feel you should have loaners like the other dealers for Long term repairs. This will most likely influence my decision when it’s time for a new car. Most dealers offer loaners. Shuttle great for same day but not for long term repairs even getting a discount at Enterprise.
