Explained well the service done and offered a free car wash. Loved that! Vehicle came back clean and with updated software. Also received an informative booklet for maintenance schedule on my Kia Sorento. Exceptional service! More

Great recall service The only disappointment i have is that they did not have a car for me to drive while mine was being wrkd on. Recalls Performed Apt setting was good. On time checking in very cordial person at check in. Work performed on time. BUT , I feel one of the recalls was very importa Apt setting was good. I tried twice to question more about this , but was told twice I could call Kia Direct to get more info on it. And was given the number. NOW, As a consumer who have bought 4 Kia’s now and this concerning of a problem, and not to explain a detail solution is not satisfactory. I will now research this at another location. Arrived to pick it up and the customer service rep reviewed items that were addressed and I was directed to the payment area where I was greeted with smile and taken care of getting everything wrapped up.
