Kia Of Chattanooga - Service Center

Not willing to fix problem I bought my car new in 2015 Kia Optima and I have been having issues with the headlights either flickering on and off where you can tap them and they I bought my car new in 2015 Kia Optima and I have been having issues with the headlights either flickering on and off where you can tap them and they would come back on or just constantly blow in the light bulbs I have replaced the bulbs six times in the last 3 years I take it to the service center and they tell me there's nothing they could do because when I get there the light bulbs are blown and they can't figure out why it's blowing the light bulbs so I get told that I could buy the bulbs from them for $65 and I would have a warranty for a year and when they blew I could come back up there and they would replace the bulbs at the rate that I'm going it's blowing one a week now on either side of the car I live in Dalton Georgia there in Chattanooga Tennessee it's not a five-minute hop skip and a jump to get up there to have them change a lightbulb this should be covered under my warranty or my extended warranty that I am paying for but they claim that it is not More

my experience was awesome! Staff is great. My vehicle was finished an hour before it was due to be. The staff was amazing and informative. The shuttle was offered to me more than once. Warranty work Everyone is so nice & efficient. Told me it would take 2 hours. The van took my friend & I to mall. We called them,they picked us up in. 2 hours & my Everyone is so nice & efficient. New Engine in just 4 days My engine was part of recall and was checked a couple times but mine didn’t seem to have the issue. Last Friday however, my engine died. I had it towe My engine was part of recall and was checked a couple times but mine didn’t seem to have the issue. Last Friday however, my engine died. I had it towed to Kia that Monday. Charlie was great! By Tuesday he had approval to replace my engine. By Wednesday I had a rental car. By Friday, I had my car back and Charlie even had it washed for me! Thank you Kia and Charlie!
