I am recent college grad and applied here for financing on a kia optima. As soon as they got my information they applied to about 15 banks (and other credit agencies) in order to get me approved. As a result i have 15 hard inquires on my credit report which brought my credit score down by about 200 points. When i asked them why did they apply to 15 banks simultaneously they said since i was a recent college grad i had a limited credit history and i had very little chance of getting a loan. In the end they said they couldn't get me approved anyway, the sales staff are amateurs.. they don't know anything and the finance department is even worse. They treated me as like they were doing me a favor by getting me a car!! After this terrible experience i went to kolar hyundai, they got me approved instantly on a brand new 2012 sonata under their college grad program.. These guys at kolar knew what they were doing, they were professionals and they behaved in the same manner. More
