Service Center Nightmare I took my 2013 Kia Optima to the dealership last week and had my engine checked because of a recall during that visit they checked everything tires, f I took my 2013 Kia Optima to the dealership last week and had my engine checked because of a recall during that visit they checked everything tires, fluid levels and also did an oil change. The guy came out and said everything looked great brakes were at a 5 fluid levels were good and so on. Well today I started hearing a squeaking sound took it right over to the same dealership and they took a look and in a week my brakes went from a 5 to a 1 and need to be replaced right away and told me the cost would be 315.00 dollars. I said wait last week when I was in here my brakes were great the guy disappeared and came back and told me they didn't actually do an inspection of the brakes they just looked at them with there eyes. Are you kidding me looked with there eyes. Becareful when you go to St.Cloud Kia they only inspect things with there eyes they really don't actually take anything off and do a proper inspection. So needless to say I will NEVER be going back to the Kia of St.Cloud ever again! I have never been treated so badly in my life. More

Phenomenal experience from start to finish! I recently went in to do regular maintenance on my Kia Optima leased vehicle. I cannot express the satisfaction I have in regards to my ENTIRE experience, from service staff, front receptionist, sales staff (Jeffery W.) Financial staff (Sean H. and Jeff?)... SUCH AN ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE!!! I am now in a new lease with my dream vehicle at an affordable price - which I have to note that they worked (very hard) to get me all my wish list items while maintaining my budget. Loving my new Kia Sorento - They now have me as a Kia customer ALWAYS. Couldn't be happier!! More

Don't buy a used car from here. Horrible. Bought a used car that they charged way too much for. Not even a week in to owning, the car crapped out. They didn't offer to help out at Horrible. We have put over $2000 in it to make it driveable. Now, we were trying to trade it for something more reliable only to find out that the odometer had been rolled back and it had been in a major accident, both of which were not mentioned at time of purchase. Do not buy a used car from here. More
