This dealership and Mark Cook will do what they can to make things right if you have issues. My wife and I were looking for a newer VW Tiguan for her to drive. We saw this one online at this store and con make things right if you have issues. My wife and I were looking for a newer VW Tiguan for her to drive. We saw this one online at this store and contacted the dealership. I tend to be very skeptical of dealerships and people selling used cars as there tends to be a reason the car is being sold in the first place. However, on the phone the dealership was straight forward with us about the price of this particular Tiguan and held it for us to come look at. Upon arrival we went and talked with Mark who seemed like a very down to earth guy who cares about his work and his customers. He gave us all the information on the car and let us test drive it. My wife and I were happy with it and drove off the lot with it. Well, later that day on our way back to Huntsville, the car threw a code which caused us to have to pull over and figure out what was going on. Turns out the wiring harness for the fuel injectors was bad and needed to be replaced. Once Mark heard about this, he got in touch with me and assured me that the dealership would make this right by us. He asked me to send him the receipts from the repairs and said the dealership would pay for them (even though the car was not under any kind of warranty as it was a trade in by another customer of theirs). Sure enough, just yesterday I got the check in the mail covering the cost of all of the repairs. I am very happy with the service I have received and would recommend this dealership to anyone as they will shoot you straight and make things right if something is wrong. More
