Service department Went into the Kia store in anniston Alabama for a oil change the young man that help me was the manager he was wonderful to me he checked my tires Went into the Kia store in anniston Alabama for a oil change the young man that help me was the manager he was wonderful to me he checked my tires I was under the impression that I would have to have rotate and balance done but as he looked at my tires he was very honest with me and informed me that it wasn’t necessary to have it done at the time. My appointment time was at 10:30 am when I got there I was service right away I had a wonderful experience at the Kia store. More

THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD.... I WENT TO THE KIA DEALER BECAUSE I WAS SHOCKED THAT A I DIDN'T HAVE A SPARE TIRE, ONLY. SOME KIND OF PUMP TO INFLATE A FLAT. TO ME THIS WAS USELES I WENT TO THE KIA DEALER BECAUSE I WAS SHOCKED THAT A I DIDN'T HAVE A SPARE TIRE, ONLY. SOME KIND OF PUMP TO INFLATE A FLAT. TO ME THIS WAS USELESS. I WENT TO SEE GREG NIMS AND HE HELPED ME IN GETTING A SPARE TIRE. THEY HAD THEM IN STOCK AND I PURCHASED ONE AND THEY INSTALLED IT IN MY TRUNK.. THE DID A GOOD JOB BUT A BIG BUT, IT COST ME OVER $300.00 FOR THIS SPARE TIRE THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN THE CAR IN THE FIRST PLACE...KIA IS MAKING EXTRA MONEY BECAUSE THE AREN'T PUTTING A REGULAR SPARE TIRE IN THE CAR. SAD, I'VE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR ALMOST 10 YEARS BUT I AM GETTING A CHANGE OF HEART ABOUT THEM. More
