We sent our car to them for a diagnostic and they returned it to us with the engine still apart. The car is , after two months and several phone calls and emails, still not put back together . I have returned it to us with the engine still apart. The car is , after two months and several phone calls and emails, still not put back together . I have been waiting longer than that for the corporation to reach back out to me regarding the main problem to begin with. This is my second Kia ,but NEVER AGAIN! We will have to count this car as a repo thanks to a shoddy car and poor business practices from Kia all around. If they will do this to a veteran of 3 deployments, they will do it to you!DO NOT BUY A KIA! More

They were expecting me and took my car right back. My friend and I were courteously offered a comfortable place to wait and told that my first oil change would take about an hour. It took less.
