Someone may want to check to see if Ryan has an actual pulse. Not a very motivated sales associate. I had an appointment to pick up my car at 10am. At 10:30 finally got up (he had finished his breakfast a pulse. Not a very motivated sales associate. I had an appointment to pick up my car at 10am. At 10:30 finally got up (he had finished his breakfast at that point. Didn’t get up to great me bc he was busy eating) to check on the car, still not ready. At 10:45 I insisted they get the car. It had not been touched. The car was never detailed. Super unimpressed with Kia of Attleboro. Two thumbs down More

The mechanical work was efficient but the customer service was below average and very rude I believe I dealt with Gary who was uneducated and a liar after telling me one thing and having me wait for a service was below average and very rude I believe I dealt with Gary who was uneducated and a liar after telling me one thing and having me wait for a week for something that happened to my vehicle and then changing the subject as I brought the car in because he did not document it either a it was never told to him from a mechanic or B he was xx'ing.. They told me I had a slash in the sidewall of my tire and needed two new tires. I took it to my local shop and there was no slash in the tire.
