Went in for an airbag recall, and was told it would take an hour or so. Ended up taking almost 3hrs. And when I got my car back, the airbag error light is still on indicating there is something wrong still. an hour or so. Ended up taking almost 3hrs. I have contacted Kia several times about two issues we had with the car after we purchased it. We were sent to Nissan by Kia where we had the issues corrected. Jessica advised that Kia would not cover the had with the car after we purchased it. We were sent to Nissan by Kia where we had the issues corrected. I am still looking to recoup or expenses and if Kia will not respond I will escalate More
