Completely unhelpful and they DO NOT communicate. I went in for a recall and they GAVE ME THE KEYS to my car even though it was totally unsafe to drive. It died the next day and ended up needing a new engine. I was told it would be covered, only to be told one month later that they weren't going to cover the engine under the warranty AND RECALL and was going to have to pay $4600 for a new engine. I ended up having my car towed to Tasca Kia in Johnston Rhode Island after TWO MONTHS and they got me a new engine UNDER WARRANTY and it was ready to go in two weeks. I will never go back to this dealership. More

In early June I was driving to the market when the tire pressure low light came on in my KIA. They took me right in, got the car in the shop and fixed a nail hole in my tire at no cost to me. I am so appreciative of their great response and the quality of their service. When I had first arrived, I let the service people know that I was the designated driver for an out of state wedding event – they not only fixed my flat for free. They washed my car for me – I am so happy with the quality of the service and attention to customer satisfaction. Great job KIA of South Attleboro. More
