They never called me to update me about my car when they said they would. They don’t have any loaner cars available, even though there’s factory defect with their motors. I had to pay for a rental out of pocket and go through a reimbursement spiel, which they tried to tell me they only cover up to $25/day. I went to get stuff out of my car, because it was there a week longer than the time they said it would be, and they had big dirty car parts in my back seat. Did t care whether it was on my belongings or messing up my leather seats. My car sat there for about 3 weeks and four days and they gave me car back dirty, no detailing, no vacuuming, nothing. I’ve been to dealerships where I’d get my oil change and they game my car back CLEAN. They’re unorganized and need more staff. I was disappointed in the that aspect of service but, the staff were very respectful and never rude to me even when I was sounding frustrated. I do very much appreciate that, staff were nice and sounding considerate. More
Friendly staff and competent services, but a little disorganized. Didn't call me back after leaving multiple messages and almost sent me home without paying my bill. I went in because I was getting a semi at 62 miles an hour turned out to be tires and alignment. Saw the $7500 dealer markup above MSRP and quickly discounted any possibility of getting one. I think the dealership is OK in terms of courteous service, but the whole car industry is going to get a serious wake up call. It's already started with hundreds of excess trucks that are over priced sitting at dealerships everywhere. More
