Bought a 2019 Elantra from them in Oct/21 car only had about 17,500 miles they told me the just had it serviced and everything was working as it should I thought cool Il take it on the drive home notice w about 17,500 miles they told me the just had it serviced and everything was working as it should I thought cool Il take it on the drive home notice when I brake the car shakes a lot I call them up they told me I had to wait till next week a lil annoying since everything should’ve been fix while the car sat at their dealer i end up bringing it back to them couple hours later is supposedly ready take it home notice same problem again I’m a person that works 2 full time jobs I don’t appreciate my time being wasted especially for something that should’ve been fix even before I bought the car , another issue I had was with the plates they handle the registration process but fail to notify me that my plates had arrived After calling them daily they kept telling me they were not in yet DMV was taking a while to get it done I called yesterday and they informed me they have been there for days I’m not sure who’s running this place but their doing a terrible job , sales team are ok but I would stay away from service More
