Brad kept me very informed as to what the service department was doing to my Kia Sportage by texting me. I have sat in other dealerships for hours without knowing if my car was being processed or not department was doing to my Kia Sportage by texting me. I thought long and hard about writing one of these and I felt like I needed to let other people know just how awful this service center is. I had my vehicle towed there with a blown head gasket. Luckily und felt like I needed to let other people know just how awful this service center is. I had my vehicle towed there with a blown head gasket. Luckily under warranty but I learned quickly that this service center let me down. I was belittled and brushed off for being a female taking care of this. The service manager got involved and I expressed I was concerned to receive my vehicle and that there would be issues. He assured me that they were reputable and even if I wasn't a costumer that they wanted to deal with nothing would be wrong with my vehicle. I went to pick up my vehicle and I wasn't shocked when it now made noises and now the AC that worked perfectly fine before does not work at all now. I was disappointed with the treatment and felt like I was dumb and not worth the time. I will never go back nor will I buy another Kia. More
