I bought a 2025 Kia Sportage hybrid SX Prestige model. We went on Sun 3/16/25 thinking only about test driving. We Corbin Rhinehart took over from there and was my ideal type of salesman...chill and relaxed with no sales pressure tactics. That is the one thing I absolutely hate about car salesman...the over hyper fake friendliness and then pressuring you into buying. Corbin was the complete opposite and very much appreciated. Both he and the sales manager worked with us and got us close to where we needed to be with monthly payments including giving us a fair deal on my trade in. We worked with Keiko Wells in Finance and she was also amazing. She went through all of the paperwork with me and ensured I knew what I was signing, did not "sneak" any extra stuff in like I have had done before in another Kia dealership, and answered all of our questions. This was one of the best car buying experiences we have had and when my son is ready to buy his first car, this is where we will be going. I have heard and experienced horror stories with Kia service departments. I will give this shop a chance considering how well our sales team was. I do want to note that there is a Kia dealer about 5 minutes away from my house but I intentionally drove 30 minutes from home to make this purchase. More

Since leasing and having my Kia Sportage serviced regularly at Kia of Beavercreek, I have never had a bad experience. The staff is polite and knowledgeable and even though there is a Kia dealership regularly at Kia of Beavercreek, I have never had a bad experience. The staff is polite and knowledgeable and even though there is a Kia dealership closer to where I live, I take my car to Kia of Beavercreek for sevice! More
