CJF- We do apologies that you did not receive some of the ordered accessories on your vehicle. This is something that Kia of Beavercreek has NO control over your issue is with Kia North America. In this post covid environment we live in supply chains for productS are in disarray. Kia is not holding up production of a vehicle because an accessory is not currently unavailable, they are producing the vehicle for the consumer. Kia of Beavercreek is not aware of the accessories changes or deletion before the vehicle is here. We continue to apologies for any inconvenience this has caused. Please make me aware of anything I can do for you. Zac Frederic GM 937-986-1800

Josh, as previously stated my staff or myself would have been more than happy to provide an auto check for the vehicle you purchased if you would have asked before you made your purchase. Handing out an auto check to every customer who comes to look at a used vehicle is not common practice of any car dealership, most all dealers will provide when asked. You did not request an auto check from us until a month and a half after purchase, I printed the auto check for you that you have still to this day neglected to pick up. The auto check does show a minor rear end collision that states, "NO DAMAGE REPORTED", this minor collision in no way voids the vehicle from CPO status.

LIER! Im glad everyone can see the lies coming Stright from The GM's mouth. Still trying to lie about it when the car fax i bought clearly states, "MINOR DAMANGE REPORTED " vehical was involved in a rear in collision.. thats a big difference from "no damage" as you claim. Ill be more than happy to send you a copy so you can see for yourself Being i cant uplaod it here. You and the "salesman even stated that it was showing minor damage REPORTED, after i had to call and get you involved in this mess, but when you guys get called out you try to cover it up and sugar coat it by saying there was no damage reported. You knew it was wrecked when you sold it to us and you didnt tell me becouse per your statement, "we dont have to". Thats a good way to keep a customer happy! When are you going to accept responsibility? The proff is here in your own words (witch is a lie). And stop pushing all the blame to me? No matter how you look at it, or sugar coat it there is a accident tied to vin number of that car, witch affects the value. And you knowingly sold me a vehicle that has been in a accident and failed to disclose it. Because you knew if i knew it was wrecked previously, i would have walked away from it.
