Service department was a disappointment. We had the service and oil changed . I had to bring the car back on my Saturday time and they did not have the oil filter tight enough as it leaked all over my service and oil changed . I had to bring the car back on my Saturday time and they did not have the oil filter tight enough as it leaked all over my drive way . After leaving the Dealerships service department to have them check the leak , I drove 20 miles to my home and noticed that the technician forgot to make sure my hood was down all the way and latched . I am very disappointed to see the Kia of Beavercreek service department receive a poor rating from me as I have been coming to the Dealership for years and love the Kia brand . More
