Service department was a disappointment. We had the service and oil changed . I had to bring the car back on my Saturday time and they did not have the oil filter tight enough as it leaked all over my service and oil changed . After leaving the Dealerships service department to have them check the leak , I drove 20 miles to my home and noticed that the technician forgot to make sure my hood was down all the way and latched . I am very disappointed to see the Kia of Beavercreek service department receive a poor rating from me as I have been coming to the Dealership for years and love the Kia brand . More

First oil change for new car. Professional - fast and complete. A car wash would of been nice to add to the value of purchasing a car from Kia of Beavercreek. This was my second time buying a Kia Soul from this dealership in the past 20 months. The first time left a bad taste in my mouth, and the dealership knew it when I left. I decided to give them anoth dealership in the past 20 months. The first time left a bad taste in my mouth, and the dealership knew it when I left. I decided to give them another chance (because they had what I wanted and the price they were showing on line was good). This time I dealt with Robert, and the entire experience was MUCH better. Robert didn't try to push me to buy stuff I didn't want, and I liked that. He listened to me and worked with me on a price that was fair. I also like their finance guy (Scott), who was the only employee who impressed me both times in buying a car from them. Scott pitched a few "add-ons" to me, but when I said I wasn't interested, he was cool about not continuing to press the issue (like other dealerships have done to me in the past). I've bought at least a dozen cars in my life so far, almost all of them new, and from dealerships in five states. Few of them have been what I would call pleasant experiences! But, I must say, dealing with Kia of Beavercreek (this time) was among one of my better all-time experiences. On a side note, I've used their service department several times, and I've always had great service from them as well. More
