I came to Kia to get my 60,000 mile service done, it took a while, but I was satisfied with the service I received. I have had to come back up to the Kia of Beavercreek, two more times since the in the past a while, but I was satisfied with the service I received. I had an okay experience. I ordered a new vehicle, and communication was sparse unless I reached out for status. The vehicle was extended a few weeks which I understood. When the vehicle arrived and I went in to complete the purchase, three items were missing from my "custom" build. I was not notified of this beforehand, only when I went to purchase the vehicle. The communication could be improved upon. It felt like a transactional purchase or my order was taken, not a relationship sale. I love the vehicle, but the vehicle sold itself. More

MARK the service manager at the desk was very knowledgable and accommodating. He not only helped get the car in on time but made sure it was completed earlier than expected.
