CJF- We do apologies that you did not receive some of the ordered accessories on your vehicle. This is something that Kia of Beavercreek has NO control over your issue is with Kia North America. In this post covid environment we live in supply chains for productS are in disarray. Kia is not holding up production of a vehicle because an accessory is not currently unavailable, they are producing the vehicle for the consumer.
