I was seen immediately upon arriving at my appointment time. I was thoroughly informed of the reason for the service and asked if I had any other concerns or issues. I was given an estimated time for the service, but it was completed well before that. The waiting room is very comfortable, and the coffee was good. Upon checkout I was informed of what they did (software update) and saw that they also performed a very thorough vehicle check. Very good experience! More
