purchased new Kia optima 0n 5 Jan 14, as of 19 Feb they still haven't been able to figure out how to complete and mail me a good contract. Keep getting promises of it being mailed. Makes no sense as they don't get paid until Kia gets contract. I have been driving a car for two months that I don't even own. I put 6k cash down and would like to end this mess sooner than later. Lots of unreliable people in the finance dept. Don't ever do a out of town deal with them as they have no clue of what their doing! Doesn't make any sense! Unbelivable!??? Called Kia customee support twice! Love the car! More

Thank God for good people! We would love to tell you that we were looking forward to buying a car, but we weren't even going to buy a car until we hit that damn deer!
