It's the first time we had our Kia Spotage serviced there and unlike other dealerships the employees could not have been nicer and more attentive! Immediately I was greeted and taken care of by reception and and unlike other dealerships the employees could not have been nicer and more attentive! Earl is the only person that keeps this place in business. The service department is the worst call the make an appointment for my 2020 telluride, first open appointment December!! This is not the only time we have had poor service . I don’t think we have ever paid for a oil change because of the awful service they provide .
