I arrived to inquire about a Jeep Wrangler and was helped by Mason. He was kind, reassuring, and attentive. The test drive went well and service was very transparent. Car was in for 50K inspection, top to bottom. Didn’t cost me anything and they didn’t try to convince me everything needed fixing. Service dept is very unprofessional. My EV was there for more than month and communication was the worst. When I complained to my service advisor (Cortez) about how long it was taking My EV was there for more than month and communication was the worst. When I complained to my service advisor (Cortez) about how long it was taking for my car to be fixed and asked to speak to the service manager…….he tried to transfer me to the sales department. As if I should try to trade my car in and buy a new one. Mind you, my car is a 2023. I insisted to speak to the service manager. Even though my car was there for 42 days, 30 of those days they claimed they had no loaner cars. To make a very long story short, do not go to this dealership for anything……management, sales and service is the worst. So unprofessional . Something else happened when I went to pick up my car. I witnessed a service employee literally crying to another employee about the manager about to fire her because of something that happened with another customer. She said crying, “He doesn’t believe me, I wish he would just go ahead and fire me so I can go home”! Her coworkers tried to console her but she insisted she just wanted to go home. All of this happened in front of myself and other customers standing there waiting to be checked out. Like I said, the most unprofessional mess you’ll ever see. More
