Trying to decide if I should start with “amazing” or “awesome” to begin this review. Laura in the Service department worked with me on determining best options to address maintenance issues. Top that off with arranging Lyft from the dealership to my house and back to the dealership to pickup up my car after servicing was complete. I give her a 10 out of 10 for service. More

This dealership really gives great customer service. I have come to the dealership 3 times for the same repair. They said they ordered the wrong part and also the part they ordered was faulty. The only reason we stayed was we we needed a car and this dealership was 1 of 2 that had the car we were looking for, and Amy was very helpful. The advertised price of the car was apparently incorrect on th dealership was 1 of 2 that had the car we were looking for, and Amy was very helpful. The advertised price of the car was apparently incorrect on the website and the dealer discount was apparently listed wrong on the website. When we got to the dealership and test drove the car and decided we wanted to move forward with getting it, the sales manager was extremely rude when telling us he could not offer us the advertised discount and refused to accomodate us with any additional incentives despite their errors. They also printed the paperwork incorrectly several times and we had to request corrected paperwork. They had no sense of urgency or respect for their error or in wanting to make right that we were incovenienced. Amy was the only person who seemed to want to help us and seemed to try and make sure things were done as smoothly as possible. Based on this experience alone, we would not want to purchase another vehicle from this location again. More
