Hello there, I'd be happy to look into this for you if you could provide some info at will.amiri@kiaofcarson.com and please include the reasons why you feel you were overcharged. We provide quotes up front for any work that we do and the customer must authorize that work before we start. Some jobs can be done for less by a handy man, but we have a guide that tells us how much time any given repair should take and we simply charge that time and our hourly rate plus parts prices. I look forward to hearing from you.
