Purchased a new car from here February 18, 2021. Want to make it very clear that the sales person Jack Harris was absolutely great. First issue was while negotiating with Jack he had to go to the sales mana make it very clear that the sales person Jack Harris was absolutely great. We could hear the sales manager telling him that if we want to negotiate using Truecar to tell us to come back tomorrow and then we can talk. After a little bit the sales manager actually came over and told me Truecar is just playing games with me. We left with a car, the car is great and again Jack the sales person was great. I called today to speak with a manager about the question regarding the AAA buyers program since my daughters car was totaled and was told one would call me back. I never received the call back so I called back a few hours late to ask the question about Fleet sales and was told nothing they could help me with since I already purchased the car. Couldn’t get people to stop contacting all the way up to the purchase after the purchase you mean nothing to them. Suggestion- if Truecar pricing is a joke or game as said. Kia shouldn’t send the multiple emails out to lure the buyer in with. More
