I've been going to Kia of Cherry Hill for 5 year, for service. The service staff is extremely attentive to my needs, and doesn't hard sell repairs that aren't essential. Bill Kopp avoided my calls about an incident that really resembled a bait and switch. I have to say that I feel this dealership is unprofessional and damaging to the KIA brand. I was greeted right away by the lot attendant and directed inside to the service desk. My Service Advisor, Steve Kee was excellent. Steve immediately greeted me, and we went over the service work tha directed inside to the service desk. My Service Advisor, Steve Kee was excellent. Steve immediately greeted me, and we went over the service work that was needed and the coupons that I was providing. After the technician performed the multi-point inspection, Steve immediately called me to explain the additional items they recommended be completed. I agreed to complete all the recommended items. Steve kept me informed of the status; let me know when the service was completed; and offered a shuttle to bring me back to pickup our car. The car was ready when promised. The car was washed and looked cleaner than when we brought it in. All the work was completed and the car is driving great. I recommend Kia of Cherry Hill service to all. More

Worst experience ever. I drove down because I was told “we kick Burlington’s butt” we Kia of Burlington is hands down way more professional and better at sales. The approach used by the saleswoman in cherry hill was abrasive and arrogant. She made me feel like I was lucky to be in her presence at Kia. When I told her I had done my homework and had tried the car before and wanted to know the numbers on the car. She came back with a $42,000 car marked up to $48,995 and offered me $495 for my trade I had been offered over $2,000 for at other dealerships. I told her she could give me my key back when the price was ridiculous and she responded “that’s how you do business.” I said yes you insulted me with that price and I’ll be going now. It did not end well and I never would recommend this place to anyone. I can’t remember her name, but man I was awful. Yes I did buy a car some where else and it was all because of the customer service. John the sales manager was polite at Kia, but still tried to sweet talk me like a salesman. More
