My only complaint is that it has become very hard to reach the service department employees by phone. It took 3 days to receive a return call regarding an ALERT message on my car.

Also, Andrew was very patient and we'll informed in responding to my many questions. The experience at Kia Cherry Hill's service dept was great all around!
