I went in to get my 2018 Kia Sportage serviced and ended up trading up to a Sorento EX. My sales person Logan was very informative. Friendly staff, but I hate dealerships that mark their vehicles up above MSRP. It's a misleading and dishonest practice that should not be allowed. I will not do business with dealerships that lie to thei vehicles up above MSRP. It's a misleading and dishonest practice that should not be allowed. I will not do business with dealerships that lie to their customers about a vehicle's price. Many KIA dealerships in the area do this, so it can be hard work to find a reputable one. They also offered me 1/3 value of my trade-in off the bat, but I guess that's how they make money on stupid customers. :/ When I backed out of the deal, they couldn't find the right screws to put my license plates back on my trade-in. You could go there to buy a car working for Kia Corporate and they would probably still mark the car up $3k over MSRP. lol More
