We drove a brand new 2017 kia Rio off the lot that night! But the whole team we dealt with deserves a shout out; the assistant manager John Roa worked hard on our behalf to get us into our car for a price we could afford with the banks to finance our vehicle and found us great rebates to bring the total and monthly price down, Claudia was great with explaining our contracts and getting us Platinum status coverage which will potentially save us thousands in maintenance and repairs, and even AJ Went who did our follow up call was super nice! I know there's been negative reviews written in the past by others but I would happily recommend the people I worked with to others and say to see it for yourself. More

From the outset; Chris was friendly, personable and accommodating. He quickly retrieved the first vehicle on our list and off we went for a test drive! Chris was knowledgeable about the vehicle and the purchase process. After finishing the test drive, we walked the lot with Chris looking for the second car on our list as well as Chris pointing out other vehicles that might fit our purchase parameters. We determined that the other vehicles would not meet our needs once we finished our tour. Throughout the process, Chris offered solid advice and never tried to pressure us into buying more than what we knew we wanted to spend. Thanks solely to Chris's professional and calm demeanor, we purchased the vehicle we were seeking. More

John worked with me to meet the price I was asking for and was calm and pleasant during the entire process. My mother also accompanied me with my search for a vehicle and we had a blast working with James Dematteo also, he was a real hoot! I purchased a pre-owned certified 2014 Kia Soul. I had some concerns with the odor of the car and markings on the seat and John made sure it was fixed until I was happy with the results. After making a phone call with the insurance agency our next step was to meet with the finance department which was with another customer at the time. John allowed us to take the car out for lunch until they were ready for us instead of waiting around. Overcame some tough hurdles to ensure we were taken care of! We recently leased a 2017 Kia Optima EX at the end of June. The sales Manager AJ is extremely helpful and will work his butt off to ensure that you're satisfied even if they can't make the deal you want work. John, Travis and Joe are the other's we dealt with and they all worked to overcome the issues we had along the way to ensure we were more than happy. At first we were not willing to return and buy again from them but the effort they went through to fix the problems has changed my mind. Ask for AJ in sales and Joe in service. They will take care of you one way or another. More

Three-time customer of Cherry Hill Triplex. Would do again. I purchased a 2016 Kia Optima FE that I was able to get with heavy incentives as they were trying to clear their 2016 inventory. Really liked the dark I purchased a 2016 Kia Optima FE that I was able to get with heavy incentives as they were trying to clear their 2016 inventory. Really liked the dark-bluish green color. Everyone was really committed to trying to get me a very good financial deal, work within the parameters I gave for them for what would work within my budget. Sales rep Chris Cusato was very personable, a real pleasure to do business with. I appreciated it when they allowed me to take the vehicle for a test drive to pick up my daughter from school when it was time for me to do so, allowing me the chance to get comfortable with the vehicle, as well as giving me a chance to introduce my new car to her. Chris made for an enjoyable travel companion during the roughly 90-min round trip during a heavy traffic period. Enjoyed talking about comic books and his opinions on the recent movie releases for Marvel and DC Comic universes. Travis in finance made that particular part of the experience go by relatively quickly. He also made sure to take care of me concerning some minor damage found on the car, making sure it was a part of the finance agreement that the dealership would have it repainted, and even that they'd shine the wheels up for me. All-in-all, I highly recommend buying a vehicle from Cherry Hill Kia, as they make it a point to offer the best car-buying experience one could ask for. More
