Worst place ever! My husband saw a Kia Sorrento online and called about it to make sure the price was negotiable. He was told "yes" so we went there. Turns out the suv My husband saw a Kia Sorrento online and called about it to make sure the price was negotiable. He was told "yes" so we went there. Turns out the suv he saw online was a certified pre-owned which we were fine with but it had 14,000 miles and was a 2016. I don't even know what happened next. They couldn't find the suv so we drove another one. Came back to talk money and I felt like they laughed at us. Meanwhile we have a nearly perfect credit score and could afford any payment they threw at us but they did not try to work with us at all!! The sales person went back to see what she could do for us. By this time she had a blank check of ours and my car key so their mechanic could take a look at my car that I was about to trade in which they only wanted to give me $700. They must have thought we were dumb enough to go for it. After being at the dealership much longer than I wanted to and almost felt like I was a hostage since I couldn't get my key or check back, they wanted us to drive a new 2016 Sorrento. We got in the car and the rearview mirror fell off!!!! I'm telling you I can't make this stuff up. After the test drive we went back inside where we stood because another customer was occupying the office we were sitting in. We must have stood for 30 minutes. They would not work out a deal with us and tried to get us to lease but couldn't even write it down for us. Turns out the 2016 they showed us was really the base model and they tried to charge us a higher price!!! How do I know his? The seat functions were manual, in the Sorrento I bought from turnersville, it's electric and there are other amenities like heated seats. Save your money, your time, and your sanity and DO NOT GO HERE!!!! More

I have a lot to say but I'll make it short. The salesperson was somewhat friendly while we were making the deal for me to buy the car but when the deal was made and I was waiting to drive the car home the friendliness stopped. It seemed like ok the deals over, I'm done with you. She wasn't mean but she wasn't as nice as she was before the deal was made. She didn't really go out of her way to sell me the car, I sold the car to myself. Maybe she thought I wasn't serious about buying. Her manager who came in to seal the deal was nice, but again, once the deal was made I felt like he was done with me. To their credit they did meet my monthly payment. But when I thought it was 60 or 72 months I found out from the finance manager it was 75 months! So I ended up paying the full asking price for a used car. Oh yeah, beware: the internet price includes a $2000 down payment which they don't tell you online. They don't tell you that until you're sitting at their desk. I overheard other customers complaining about this while I was waiting. Part of the deal we agreed on was that I would get all 4 mats. I ended up with just the fronts and was told that when rear mats come in then I'll get a call. I'm not holding my breath waiting for that call. Hopefully they'll prove me wrong about this matter. The general manager called and left a message to see how I liked the car and the service. I called and left two messages for him to call me back and I mentioned the mats but have heard nothing. That was a week ago. The parts guys and the mechanics who I dealt with were great. I wish I had their names. To sum it up, I like the car a lot. But I didn't like the terms of the loan and the service after the sale. More

My wife and I saw a few different cars that we were interested in so we decided to stop by. We went on a test drive and liked the first car we drove. However, once we mentioned the online price, that's when the problems began. Our salesman fumbled around trying to make different excuses. We asked to speak with the manager and instead got an obnoxious earful from the GM, Bill Kopp. He said that he didn't need our business and we agreed. About two hours later we drove off in a 2011 Ford Focus - that we bought from Cherry Hill Nissan. More

They couldn't even tell us what the final asking price of the car was and told us they made it within our monthly payment requirements. After all of this they decided to tell us that we need to come back to sign paperwork. We live 2 hours one way away and the manager told us they could meet us half way. Well a week later, here we are at the dealership because they couldn't make that happen. When we arrived after a 2 hour drive, they STILL DIDN'T HAVE THE PAPERWORK READY. This has to be the worst place to buy a car. Horrible, uneducated, unpleasant scammers is the nicest thing I can say about anyone working there, even the manager Jim. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, their deals aren't even that good either considering they pile on a bunch of fake fees. Go somewhere else and run from this dealership. More

Salesman was very nice and seemed to be working with us as there is a tight budget to stick to. First offer was 300/MO for 4 years lease with 3k down. 4 hours later after playing games and begging us to help them with down payment, lowering miles, or taking this high payment they come back at 250/MO with 1k down for 4 years. Still not what we were looking for... got up to leave due to time crunch... came back with 200/MO with 1k down and 4 years. Dropped the price of the car 50/MO in a matter of 5 minutes when previously begging us for help at the 250 mark. Finance manager was rude and pushy when we questioned why able to drop price now. Noted he wanted to make a deal... then you should have been up front and honest from the beginning. Were told that mileage doesnt mattwr for.kease...just take 10k and dont worry about it. Called insurance and they said needed hhigher level of coverage which is more money... was told not to worry about it...the loan company wont care. Will be contacting corporate as this was an awful experience...stay away from this dealership. Cars are likely damaged because lot is jam packed. Go to the Miller group of dealerships on 38 ...fantastic customer service there. More

The sales rep could not find the car we were there to see for over a half hour. They then came back later on with the original sale price, my husband asked why that price was there. The "Manager" stated that we did not lock in the internet price. He explained he spoke to someone on the phone and she was supposed to do so but since she had left for the day, you would think they would still honor that. They did not, he dismissed it and went on to give us a lot of garbage about rates and fees and why it was going to cost so much. He did not even try to go ahead and make the sale happen. It was almost as if he was trying to take a sale away from the sales rep we were dealing with. He was so awful. Or perhaps since it was closing time, they just wanted us out of there so they could go home. Either way, we left and will never go back, nor will we ever recommend them to anyone we know. We went to another dealer, got the car we wanted, all the paperwork was already done for us before we got there, and there were no issues whatsoever. Easy deal elsewhere. More
Worst Dealer ever - Finance people are scammers I recently purchased a car from this dealer and it was the worst experience ever. It took me 6 hours to have paper work processed. And stay away fro I recently purchased a car from this dealer and it was the worst experience ever. It took me 6 hours to have paper work processed. And stay away from finance person named Ed Chatburn. He is thief and liar. Read the numbers in the contract carefully. They tried to rush me sign all the forms (registration, insurance, and etc) and at the end sales contract. When I look carefully, the price of car was about $1800 more than negotiated. And the term of loan was 66 months instead of 60 months. When I confronted them, they said that I negotiated the monthly payment price not the price of car. Good thing I wrote down the negotiated car price and payment amount using my calculator in my phone (word of advise, download mortgage calculator apps and write down your negotiated sales price and your monthly price). When I told Ed Chatburn that the price he told me does not match the contract, he flat out lied and told me that he never gave me that price when he saw me writing down all the detail on my piece of paper. When I show him that, he said he does not recall. He is a thief and liar. At the end, I purchased the car with original negotiated price. But I pick up the car and drive home pissed off and mad. Do not get fooled by their number game. Stay alert and write down all the numbers in a piece of paper. Check the term of payment, they will trick you by putting 66 months but your monthly shows as your negotiated price for 60 moths plan. In other words, they will try to increase your price of car without disclosing to you. I love my car but the WORST experience ever More

After purchase, I noticed bumper damage as well as the service light was flashing that the car was due for service and the brakes were grinding. One of the tires appeared to have lumps in it. I alerted my salesman who basically informed me there is nothing he can do about it and I had the opportunity to check the car prior to purchasing and even though I purchased it in the evening, there were enough lights to check it. I had to bring the car in for servicing of the brakes because of the grinding and was told my rotors needed to be cut. The service representative was very helpful .Actually the nicest employee that I've encountered. However, I found this to be very concerning since this is a certified used car. There should have been any brake, service light or bumper issues. on top of that the issues were blamed on me.Not to mention were many other issues in terms of the financing and customer service as well that did not please me More
