The price was great. they worked with me. I loved that. That was important to me. We have gotten other cars here for that reason. My area of improvement is in the care delivery. For what I spent I thought they should have given me a full tank of gas. I got a half a tank. My car was not cleaned well. It smelled of smoke and there were dried up stains throughout on surfaces that could have been scrubbed down. We had to take the car to get properly cleaned. I’d still go here for a car I just wish they would have improved upon those two things. More

40+ years of buying cars and the sales and management staff at Kia of Cherry Hill are easily the worst I have ever seen. Far and away the most unprofessional, dishonest and just plain sleezy bunch of con staff at Kia of Cherry Hill are easily the worst I have ever seen. Far and away the most unprofessional, dishonest and just plain sleezy bunch of con men I have ever run across. Do yourself a favor and steer far away from this dealership. Due to the current market conditions, they feel like the kings of the world gorging themselves from the wallets of desperate and uneducated consumers. This gives them the false perception that they can simply lie directly to your face and treat you with blatant disrespect without a drop of integrity. Soon the market conditions will change and they will be held to higher standards. Many of these bottom dwellers will find themselves begging for your business while struggling to make rent each month. Fortunately, these folks will be weeded out and will eventually be relegated to the unemployment lines where they belong. More
