I traveled about 2 hours to come to this dealership and I want to thank Matt and Randy the corporate trainer for their EXCELLENT service. They treated me with dignity and respect. There was a little mix up at first about where the Sorento X-Line was parked on the lot that I was interested in, and Randy was super and bent over backwards to accommodate me and eventually locate the car. Matt helped me with the purchase and made it super easy and fast to finish the process. I usually never do reviews like this but I felt this one had to be done. I applaud the staff at Cherry Hill Kia for making my experience a happy one. More

I had to take my Kia Optima in because my check engine light was on and my car was bucking. The service advisor told me he would call me within 2 hours to give me an update and I did not hear from him. A light was on and my car was bucking. The service advisor told me he would call me within 2 hours to give me an update and I did not hear from him. After 4 hours I called him and he said they're still doing diagnostics and do not know what is wrong. He said he would call me the next morning to give me an update as to what the problem is. I never received a call the next morning and finally called them back at 3:00 p.m. they told me it was a bad fuel injector and they had to order the part and it would take a few days to get it in. On the first day I inquired about a rental car and they said they would have to figure out what the problem is first before they could offer one. After they figured out what the problem was I asked about a rental car and they ignored my request. They fixed my car after the part came in however they advised me it was a few bad fuel injector and it was a bad ignition coil. The service performed was good however the customer service was terrible. Also, when I took my car in it was spotless, had just cleaned it. When I picked up the car it was covered with debris from trees and bird poop. This is the second time my car has been serviced at Cherry Hill Kia and I had very poor communication from the dealership the first time. If I had another Kia dealer closer to me I would definitely use them instead of Cherry Hill Kia.. More

I've been going to Kia of Cherry Hill for 5 year, for service. The service staff is extremely attentive to my needs, and doesn't hard sell repairs that aren't essential. Bill Kopp avoided my calls about an incident that really resembled a bait and switch. I have to say that I feel this dealership is unprofessional and damaging to the KIA brand. I was greeted right away by the lot attendant and directed inside to the service desk. My Service Advisor, Steve Kee was excellent. Steve immediately greeted me, and we went over the service work tha directed inside to the service desk. My Service Advisor, Steve Kee was excellent. Steve immediately greeted me, and we went over the service work that was needed and the coupons that I was providing. After the technician performed the multi-point inspection, Steve immediately called me to explain the additional items they recommended be completed. I agreed to complete all the recommended items. Steve kept me informed of the status; let me know when the service was completed; and offered a shuttle to bring me back to pickup our car. The car was ready when promised. The car was washed and looked cleaner than when we brought it in. All the work was completed and the car is driving great. I recommend Kia of Cherry Hill service to all. More
