Kia of Cherry Hill

I initially purchased a vehicle in March from Cherry Hill Kia and was given a great deal/experience (lower price, full gas tank, etc). I got into an accident which wasn’t my fault a couple of weeks and retur Kia and was given a great deal/experience (lower price, full gas tank, etc). I got into an accident which wasn’t my fault a couple of weeks and returned to the same dealership expecting the same experience, but was met with the exact opposite experience (absolutely no deals, less than half of a tank of gas, etc). This morning I tried contacting two representatives due to the vehicle alerting me the fob key had a low battery already. One did not reply and the other replied, but offered no assistance. I was previously advised about possible poor service from this certain dealership. This will be the last time that they receive any business from me. More

Worst experience ever. Extremely poor customer service. Almost sold me the wrong car. Then I waited weeks for the right car to show up. Got a letter for recall, it was the trunk lock.
