We had a very mixed experience. Our salesman was exceptional—professional, transparent, and the only reason we continued with the purchase. If I had been helped by the sales manager the entire time I would have immediately left and gone elsewhere. Dealership management raised serious concerns. We purchased a Kia Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, advertised as having a 165-point inspection requiring repair or replacement of failed items. We identified multiple failed items, including a missing rearview mirror wiring cover, missing lug lock key, leather interior damage, and paint gouges. When we requested written confirmation of repairs before signing, the sales manager became dismissive and walked away without addressing the request. The sales manager also attempted to sell us a 10-year/100,000-mile warranty, which is already included with Kia CPO vehicles. Financing was mishandled. We requested our credit union and were told CUDL was used, yet our credit union was never run and applications were sent elsewhere without authorization. We were also asked to sign documents dated 12/31, then returned on 1/3 to find remaining documents pre-dated 12/31. There are documents where my signature is in blue ink and the date is in black ink because I did not sign the date. I am just now discovering that they included things like theft insurance, but presented it as something physical on the cars that could not be removed, when it is nothing more than insurance in case of theft. The sales manager also presented a document stating that it was about how there is a 3 day cooldown period in which we can return the vehicle, but did not actually mention that the form was signing away that right. This has been one of the shadiest, worst dealership experiences you could expect. We are filing complaints with the PA Bureau of Consumer Protection, the FTC, and the BBB regarding deceptive sales, lending practices, and document date discrepancies. More

All alone and scared I called them and was told they couldn’t do anything to help me get the car fixed or help me get back home. Now I’m all fixed and home no thanks to them and they won’t return my calls. This place is the worst excuse for a dealer I’ve ever seen. I filed a formal case today with Kia corporate and next stop will be small claims court. Literally ignoring my daily calls and messages now for 4 days. Shop elsewhere. More
Bought new Kia sportage from this dealer,although it took hours to get it done still had ok experience . Was ready to walk out but wife wanted car. Still waiting to get second key fob from them. We purchased from this Kia of coatesville in early 2024, had with a salesman try to tell us the car we came for wasn’t on the lot, then tried to sell us on features that didn’t exist for that vehicle and trim and then added junk onto the deal. I’m not even particularly mad about all of that as it is unfortunately common at many dealerships. Why I am writing this review - we purchased a warranty with our vehicle and July it was totaled. We followed the process to refund the balance of the warranty coverage and were told it would take 10-12 weeks. My wife called them probably 50 times to after that and got no help whatsoever. Went to the dealership in person in September and they told us it would be 2 more weeks. It’s now January - 6 months later and we are still owed thousands of dollars with absolutely no contact from the dealership. Take your business elsewhere. More

I had to go 2 months without my new vehicle for them to correct the issues now I am stuck with a brand new car that had to have panels painted. I ended up having to make an extra payment on my trade in because they did not pay it off in time. I tried to contact the general manager to discuss my issues because there were plenty more then what is mentioned above but he was always too busy to return my calls. It is now January 2025 and I still have not received my tags so I am driving around on expired temp tags. I reached out to a sales manager via text about the tag issue was told he would get back to me and never did. Everyone at this dealership is nice before you sign the papers but they are all sneaky, liars and give no respect to the customer. More
Bought Kia Sept 1st. , my tags have been dead since Nov 1st. I keep asking and now demanding for my tags to be sent to me.only to be told by Eddie, they would fed ex's me , my tags have been dead since Nov 1st. I keep asking and now demanding for my tags to be sent to me.only to be told by Eddie, they would fed ex's me a dealer tag. Here's the kicker, MVA said I don't have a Kia registered to my name as of Nov 19th..I want the tags I paid for and I'm tried of waiting. I have already lost income and picking up inventory over this and my husband didn't get to go on his trip to visit a sick friend. I've been stressed out over this whole transaction. I'm paying car payments and insurance on car that's just sitting in my driveway. More
I found this dealership to be efficient, reliable and very accommodating. Everybody behaved in a very professional and instructional manner so is to make the customer completely comfortable with the proc very accommodating. My salesperson even volunteered to drive my car to a nearby filling station so I would have a full tank of gas. Kia of Coatesville does an excellent job of welcoming new customers and no doubt will welcome them back again. More
