I found this dealership to be efficient, reliable and very accommodating. Everybody behaved in a very professional and instructional manner so is to make the customer completely comfortable with the proc very accommodating. Everybody behaved in a very professional and instructional manner so is to make the customer completely comfortable with the process. My salesperson even volunteered to drive my car to a nearby filling station so I would have a full tank of gas. Kia of Coatesville does an excellent job of welcoming new customers and no doubt will welcome them back again. More
Had my 2nd service on 1/27/24 and it seemed as if everything was good. When I confirmed that my oil change was in fact free, I was told yes as long as you pay for the recommended service. So I paid everything was good. When I confirmed that my oil change was in fact free, I was told yes as long as you pay for the recommended service. So I paid $80 for service on a car that has 9,000 miles on it. So be it, I guess I can just go elsewhere to get service then. Kicker, the following day on Sunday, 1/28/24 I received a text & email saying I missed my appointment. WHAT? Then when I spoke to the dealership on Monday, 1/29/24 I was told that apparently I made my appointment under the wrong phone number which prompted those messages. NOPE I made the appointment on the KIA app which clearly has my phone number. Sales was amazing but the service department has made me determine I will never buy there again. More
I had my first service appointment for my new Forte today and I couldn't be happier. The entire experience from start to finish was very pleasant. They answered all my questions, made suggestions and gave me and I couldn't be happier. The entire experience from start to finish was very pleasant. They answered all my questions, made suggestions and gave me up front pricing. They also got everything done 1/2 hr sooner than they promised! Excellent customer service. I recently moved away from the area and I drove 45 minutes just to come back to this dealership and I will continue to do so. Great job everyone! Thank you. More

If I could leave them zero stars I absolutely would. Since December 7th I have been trying to buy a car from this dealership because I’ve been looking for something very specific and I found it on cars. Since December 7th I have been trying to buy a car from this dealership because I’ve been looking for something very specific and I found it on cars.com for a good price so I called and did a loan application and got approved with 3k down, I have some funds coming at the end of the month that I would like to use for the down payment so I asked if they could just hold a personal check for me and deposit on December 31st and they said yes they’d just make me sign a second contract if perhaps the check didn’t go through. Well the first discrepancy I noticed is they had the Volvo s90 listed for $25,600 on cars.com (they’ve changed it now but I’m going to attach a screenshot so that anyone who’d like to buy that car will pay the same $25,000 that I was going to.) I had to call 5 times on December 8th to get them to send me a deal sheet showing me a breakdown, I’ve had to call multiple times today after adding a co-applicant with hopes of reducing down payment since they wouldn’t work with me, however they said the addition didn’t alter the terms of the loan but they never even pulled his credit. So I called for the 5th today to ask why and Ali hung up on me, I tried to call back and nobody answered so here’s what I’m going to do for you all. I’m going to file a complaint with the FTC notating all Of this, then the CFPB, then the BBB, and then I’m going to contact an attorney to discuss my options since you ran my credit for a car you clearly have no intentions of selling me because you think that you’re gonna get more money for it bc I’m the only one who saw it for that price on cars.com. However I took a screenshot of that along with my deal sheet which I’ll be attaching to this review. I have honestly never seen a car dealership do business like this, they’re literally trying to prevent me from buying a car, why? I don’t know but I’m fairly certain your regulators will have plenty to say about it and if I can file suit you can bet that you’ll be hearing from an attorney very promptly. Misrepresentation is not a good look on anyone but especially not when you’ve done it with so much evidence. I tried to be patient and nice but I’m Done. Don’t buy that s90 for anything more than in this pic, and I hope to god everyone reads google reviews before buying because this has been by far the most difficult car buying experience of my life. Brooks, and Ali I will be mentioning you all by name in each of my reports to the above listed federal agencies because you all have made yourselves a mess that I’m not gonna let you get out of. Would’ve been a lot easier if you had just sold me the car but you’ll see that soon :). To mention Sheila Rodriguez, she is the only one that made any effort to do the right thing but it’s her managers that are the problem and some of her other coworkers, I’m truly sorry you have to work at an organization that does business in this manner. You did your best and I appreciate you for trying. If it were up to her I think this would’ve gone off without a issue at all but she had to go talk to the managers and place me on hold 4 times because they wouldn’t even answer her. Jim Sipala should be ashamed of himself for letting his name be attached to a dealership that operates this way because it’s disgraceful and honestly the reason dealerships go out of business. More
