Quality Car Poor Management This is my 3rd Sorento first time at this dealership my sales guy was VERY GOOD, the manager at the time (Andrew) was awesome and very professional, This is my 3rd Sorento first time at this dealership my sales guy was VERY GOOD, the manager at the time (Andrew) was awesome and very professional, the financial piece was a disaster, they added Gap insurance to my sales invoice without asking me if I wanted it, when I contacted the financial guy he said I would be refunded then he left company without processing the refund and the new manager attitude was I can't answer questions to what someone else did wrong no apologies from them instead I was made to feel I was like I was a bother. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP. More
