Called this dealer to get a price of a used sedona, filled out papers for pre approval. Explained my credit situation to the salesman over the phone, also told him the max payment I wanted. They told me to come down and I could keep the van over night to see how we liked it. When I got there they showed me a dodge mini van, it was 2 yrs newer than the one I came to look at. I started looking at this van and was pretty sure I would not be able to afford it, the salesman and his manager both said "the numbers should be really close". So I took the van home and drove it for the day. I really liked it. I called James in the morning and asked him about buyin the van. I again told him I didn't think we could afford this. I also told him I didn't want to waste anyone's time if I can't get it. He told me that it was almost sure I could get it for the payment I needed. I go all the way back to bring the van and sign the papers to make it mine, I have my 3 children and husband with me and wait in the office for 45 min and then James come back with news from the bank. $200 more a month then I told him I could afford, and I couldn't have the van I drove home. This was the price of a Chrysler that was 2 yrs older than the dodge I really liked. When I expressed my disappointment about the price jump he never came back with another number just said that's the best we can do. I repeatedly asked him about the payments working and also expressed that I didn't want to bring my husband and kids down if we couldn't get the van, James showed no reguard to my families time and really wasn't helpful. When I told him I could not afford to make those payments he then started to point out things wrong with my current van. And that it would cost how much to fix those things. He's the thing if I can only afford $250 a month and your trying to get me to pay $450 a month, that's $200 a month that I don't have. Where am I supposed to get it from?!?!?!? I don't hunk pointing out the problems with my current van helped the situation. They just made me upset that someone would stoop so low to hit you while your down. More

I negotiated a price over the phone with Al Demskey on a specific vehicle matching a price quote from another dealer. When I went to purchase the vehicle, Tommy Iannicelli refused to sell me the vehicle at specific vehicle matching a price quote from another dealer. When I went to purchase the vehicle, Tommy Iannicelli refused to sell me the vehicle at the negotiated price and tried to sell me an identical vehicle at a much higher price. I went and purchase the vehicle from the other dealer at his original price quote. Avoid this dealership. They are extremely high pressure and dishonest. Go somewhere else. You'll pay less and be treated much better. More

Customer service rep on the phone was rude and dismissive as i tried to lodge a complaint. Had to call back approximately 4 times to leave a message as I was continously put on hold with out letting me know as i tried to lodge a complaint. All of a sudden I had to call back to finish talking to the secretary. When I asked if I'll be able to finish my message this time, I was told that other people are calling as well. I understand that, but I should have been asked can you please hold ? Also, i purchased the extra maintenance plan for Approximately $ 2,500.00 at the West Chester dealership, given one price for my service call, and when my wife brings it into the Coatesville dealership, they tried to charge a bigger price than what was on the brochure. had to get that straight. I also was told that the extra maintenace contract I entered into at the West Chester was not shown on the records at the Coatesville dealership. I have no idea why my records aren't on the records in Coatesville, especially when its owned by the same person. It's a great inconvenience to me and my wife to have to wait around to constantly have our records verified by numerous people and or branches in order ot get the exact service I'm paying for. their are more little things that I believe should be improved on, but thats enough for now. i would like to add I've purchased 5 vehicles from dealership, but this is the first Kia. Everything else has been a BMW, Chrysler 300, Infinitis. So I've done my part. until I receive an apology to my wife for her inconvenience from one of your managerial staff, I will not purchase or recommend your dealership to any of my friends or associates. I submitted a request online for a new Kia Forte and Tommy contacted me almost immediately. He assured me there would be no pressure, just to come in and test drive the vehicle to make sure I even liked it. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by a sales manager(Bob) and Tommy already had a Forte pulled up front for me. He took the time to explain everything(and I mean everything!) about the vehicle to me. I wasn't planning on buying that day, but because of courtesy, professionalism, and of course a great deal that was presented at that moment, I couldn't say no! Now I'm a happy Kia owner. I would recommend and have recommended to anyone! Go see Tommy at Kia of Coatesville. More
Likes to pull the old "bait and switch" beware. Showed us another car. When we asked about their website special regarding guaranteed $5K for your trade regardless of condition they informed us that despite the fact that the website has no "small print" or conditions for the deal noted.... We needed to spend at least $17,000 in order for us to get the trade-in special. They said that the special has been running for 2 years, but the website says that the special for the trade in is "this week only".... BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! Slimy business practice. More
