My son goes to school in Columbia, and being 1700 miles away, it is nice to know that there is a dealership out there that cares about its customers. Ryan at Kia of Columbia was accommodating and underst away, it is nice to know that there is a dealership out there that cares about its customers. I rate a ZERO! Service Mgr. Chris McQuegge is the biggest JERK. Has no business being in customer service!!! Was rude from the beginning. I asked why he was giving Service Mgr. I asked why he was giving me attitude when I was just trying to figure out what was going on. I even thanked him at the end of the conversation and his response was "YEP" and hung up on me! When I complained to Matthew (General Mgr.), he stated they get yelled at a lot. Well, no wonder! I can see him being rude if I was rude, but I wasn't rude! Told me they were trying to do us a favor! Doing your job is a favor? No communications between him and the techs! Left message after message with no response! Had to keep calling back. FORGET KIA! No way would I ever do business with such a corrupt company! They don't stand behind their word or their warranties because they know the vehicles are JUNK! Matthew also stated he has so many cars towed in a day that he doesn't have room for them! They have people on a waiting list for a rental car because they sell JUNK!!! Lesson learned! NEVER EVER AGAIN! So, if you are thinking about getting a KIA, I would think again. If you really want one, go to a different dealership! Their salesman maybe nice, but the service of KIA of Columbia sucks! More

Novy was excellent to deal with and very understanding of our time table. I was somewhat upset to receive a text from a manager basically asking why we didnt buy immediately, even though we'd explained our t our time table.
