Easy going, fast process, fun to work with As I walked in to Kia after browsing the lot, I was greeted with friendly salesman not pressuring me into buying a new car. They asked which model I w As I walked in to Kia after browsing the lot, I was greeted with friendly salesman not pressuring me into buying a new car. They asked which model I would like to test drive and showed me their inventory on the lot, helping me choose which car would work best by checking off all the boxes on my list within my price range. After loving the Stinger, I was not pressured into buying the Kia like other dealers usually would. My entire experience at Kia of Columbia was far better than any other dealer I have encountered on my journey to purchase a new car. More

People The staff there is very nice people but what I didn't like was I went there twice once for maintenance on my Kia and had a email saying that I would g The staff there is very nice people but what I didn't like was I went there twice once for maintenance on my Kia and had a email saying that I would get a visa gift card for coming and another time received a letter that Kia wanted to buy my Kia Sorento so I told it there just to be played with didn't even get to talk to the person that sent was also told for taking my time out that I would receive a visa gift card and help on my gas for bringing my vehicle in and to this day I still haven't received anything More
